About Beth
Beth began her portrait photography while traveling as a journalist and has worked across more than 60 countries. Passionate about truly connecting with the individuals she photographs Beth started using her phone instead of her camera which produced the intimate feel she became known for. It also provided a less invasive way to interact with those not accustomed to being in front of a lens - especially in sensitive areas such as refugee camps and while working with indigenous communities. Beth also co-founded Main & Rose and other companies and has spoken on the power of creativity and storytelling to audiences at Harvard, Google, The United Nations, Toyota and Capitol Hill. She sits on the Pacific Council for International Policy, The Forbes Young Entrepeneur Council and is an advisor to the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights Project. She is based in Miami.
